    Generally, if you like your undies a bit loose, go one size up your normal sizing. You can also contact us for any sizing questions. We will ask for your typical size and the type of fit you usually like your undies to have.

  • Yes! Contact us with any questions, concerns or feedback. We will get back to you within 48 hours (please allow a little bit more time over weekends and public holidays).

  • We accept PayPal and major card payments.

Shipping

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your order.

    Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

  • We use Australia Post for all orders.

    Domestic shipping takes up to 3-6 days depending on location.

    International orders can take up to 2 weeks depending on location.

    We will send you a shipment tracking link.

  • Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us to let us know your order number and your claim number with the shipping carrier. Once we receive this information we will work together to come up with the best resolution.

International Orders

  • We ship to countries that are supported by Australia Post.

  • All local import duty, taxes or custom clearance are not included in our prices and must be paid by you.

Return, Exchange and Refund

    We always recommend double-checking the underwear size by holding it up to your waist upon receiving it.
