Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong size, we are happy to offer a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive the wrong size or a damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Use your order number as the email subject line.

  • Provide a detailed explanation of your request and any issues encountered.

  • Our team will respond within 3 business days with the next steps.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned in their original condition.

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Shipping costs for returns:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • If approved for an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Exclusions

  • Final sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items without proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) cannot be processed.
